Subfloor & Vinyl Floor Installation

This was a longer, more tedious project, but we are so happy with the finished product. We started by using the original floor mat as a guide to trace onto the PolyPro insulation & plywood subfloor.

We then placed Pergo Floors vinyl, which took a lot of patience due to the body of the van & the cuts we had to make around the bench seat and wheelbases. Finally, we used aluminum trim to finish off the floors & protect the vinyl from the foot traffic in & out of the van.
